Is the foam safe for kids and pets?

Yes! Our Foam Solution is hypo-allergenic, dye-free and biodegradable. The manufacturer has more than 10,000 customers worldwide using this product on a daily basis and it poses no issues with plants, grass and the environment and is safe for pets and kids.

 

What area do you service?

We are located in Statesville, NC. Our included service area is in a 25 mile radius of Statesville. We will service up to a 60 mile radius of Statesville with a $1 surcharge per mile each way after mile 25. This covers our added fuel and labor costs. Please contact us if you want to plan a party outside of our service area. A separate invoice will be emailed if a mileage surcharge is required.

Where should I have my foam party?

Our Foam cannon alone can fill up an area of up to 20x20 ft.
The foam works best on grass but it can also work on driveways and parking lots.

Do I need to provide anything?

Yes! Adult supervision. We recommend 1 adult for every 10 kids

We also need a 15 amp dedicated outlet and a water hose hookup within 50' of

the location of foam party. We will provide the hose and extension cords.

How do I clean up after a foam party?

Our foam fluid is designed to dissipate in the sun. It will take about one day's time to fully dissolve big areas. If it needs to dissolve faster, you can spray water on it with a hose.

What do you wear for a Foam Party?

Lightweight shorts and shirts are advisable. Swimsuits and goggles are recommend

for kids who will play in it for longer periods.

 

Do you get wet in the foam?

The foam will leave you damp after a few minutes and you can easily dry off in the sun. The longer you stay in the foam, the more you get wet.

Rain and other inclement weather

If it rains, we will reschedule for another date- it MUST be postponed before we arrive. If it rains while we are already set up for your party, we will wait it out for up to 30 minutes. If we have to reschedule due to rain while at the party, we just charge $50 to cover the time it took for travel and set up on that day. ​If we are set up and running and get through half of your event and have to stop, we consider services provided in full.

What is your  cancellation policy?

Please give us 48 hours advance notice of your cancellation for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hrs of your scheduled event, we may retain a $100 cancellation fee which can be applied to your rescheduled event.

Can I rent the foam cannon and operate it myself?

No, All of our services come with an operator.
